How can you release an App without the ability to go back? Once you add an item to your cart, you can either check out or completely redo your search and filters. Whomever was in charge of this App has no idea what user experience is.

No back button in app. If you click on something to look at it or add something to your cart, you have to just redo your whole search or go back to the main menu.

This app is horrible, you cant go back to the previous page without having to go back to the main page. No back button?!

Cannot log in to access rewards. I use the exact same password and email as I do for the website--trust me Im not typing it in wrong--but it keeps saying it doesnt recognize the combo. Totally worthless and needs major bug fixes to be useful.

This was a decent app before the recent update. Now - theres no back button. Youre forced to go back to the home page & start your search all over again. Please fix the bugs & Ill start using again.

Before, it would freeze and crash, as others have noted. But now when you go into an item, you cannot go back to your search or filtered results. Totally turns me (and surely others) off to ever using it again - huge mistake BR.

How can you remove the back arrow? The app is not functional. Please fix ASAP. I just gave up on an order because of the difficulty of shopping with no back arrow.

This app crashes non-stop. It typically takes me 5 tries to place an order because the app freezes up so much. And now, the newest version has eliminated the forward/back browser buttons. Now I have to just use Safari since the app has become useless.

The find in store update is great but every other aspect of this app has gotten worse!!!! No back button is horrible. Fix please

Of all this apps crimes, no back button when viewing an item is the most ridiculous. Who launches a shopping app that allows the shopper to view one item, then have to go back to the main menu to start all over?

Installed and deleted the same day. Too slow to load, wastes too much time to try to shop for just one item.

I am an avid Gap Inc. shopper. I have all four brand apps on my phone. They werent always the best but the inability to go back from an item after you click on it is making shopping through the app almost impossible. Im also an employee and its hard to recommend this app to customers with this problem! Please fix ASAP!

App takes a long time to load your account information. It crashes multiple times in less than 5 minutes. Freezes frequently when trying to pull up rewards or personal information.

If I try to back for clothing list, I have to wait for long time. Its been many times to shut down app then open app.

I use this app to make my payments and it often gives me a "server error" message. I need to make sure to give my payments a day early incase the app decides it doesnt want to function that day. Also, when attempting to log in app asks for my password 2-3 times before it logs me in. Please fix this.

This is perhaps the worst app. Ever. No, seriously. Synchrony Bank has a website that is equally lame. Both are painful to use, the navigation is slow, and crashes are the norm.

Incredibly hard to use! Frustrating.

I have a BR credit card and not only is the app never working and always crashing, but so is their website. Youd think they have enough money to get some IT people in to fix it.
