Banana Republic: Stay in Style App Reviews

The app always freezes and is unresponsive even when updated regularly. I love Banana Republic, but they need to improve the app.

This app is so easy to use in all brands. I love how easy it is to utilize coupons for different brands and gapcash to maximize my savings. Between the emails and the ease of this app Ill need another closet.

I dont know if this app has ever successfully worked for me. Every time I try and log on, it says my username and password are invalid. I cannot pay my bills on my phone which is the main reason I try using this app. Bananas IT department really needs to step it up..

This app has gone from bad to worse. No back button to navigate from a single item. I went on this app today to buy something and got so frustrated with poor navigation that I didnt buy it. If this app is the product they released, what does this say about their merchandise? My confidence in the brand has eroded. There are other stores with a much smoother buying experience- on with the next!

This app has no back button!! You can navigate to an item but you cant go back. Its ridiculous and should be app developer 101!!! How is this even missing? Horrible design.

Its fine for doing browsing but its a nightmare to shop from. Not user friendly with regards to navigation at all...

This app is not user friendly, and just is a pain to operate, when it actually works. I love BR clothes, but this app is a huge disappointment...and dont even get me started on trying to access the credit card section of this app...even worse.

Great interface; I like how you can switch to different gap stores too, easy to use..only recommendation is having factory stores on it as well

Poor navigation. Promo screen gets in the way of using filter. Just picked out four shirts and it was a waste of my time as the app just went to the eternal loading.......

Very slow load time, constantly crashes, and most of the menus pertaining to your account dont work half the time. If you close the app, you have to input your login information all over again. Very irritating. Please update soon

This app could be great, especially with being able to get my rewards without having to print anything out but it NEVER works. I constantly have sign in problems and get stuck in an endless loop where it keeps asking me to update my password. Please fix it! I would use it all the time if it ever worked!

Clearly Im a fan of BR apparel or I wouldnt have downloaded this application. Its unfortunately really terrible, just their mobile website (perfectly usable in Safari) placed inside a different, buggy, and generally unusable browser interface.

omg worst app ever! could not login to purchase. BR really should invest in better app or lose out sales

As many others have cited, I cannot successfully link my card because it keeps cycling me back to a reset password page. Come on BR! The last time you updated this app was February 2015. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER. This is an epic fail for sure

This is the third time I tried pulling up my rewards certificates on this app without success. The constant request to enter passwords, decide if I want my cc account, shopping account pulled up. The app is clunky and useless.

App is slow, some functions dont appear to work, would not login to CC to pay my bill (keep freezing). This app will be great if effort is put in to make it function the way it seems like its supposed to.

I used to use this app to see how many reward points I have. It is now impossible to see my points. I have to go to the full Banana Republic website on my phone in order to see my points. They have made a simple to use app impossible to use. It really is worthless

Unresponsive, finicky, one of the worst for managing my banana repub credit card account. I always end up going to a pc.

This app is useless. I really like BR clothes for the reasonable price and reasonable style. The app is totally unreasonable. Literally buttons dont work. I was willing buy stuff and just plain couldnt. Oh well, I guess Ill just use the website. Or the JackThreads app (which works great).
