Theres no back button when youre viewing a single item.

No back button, cant shop until fixed

Rewards wont display. Pretty much useless.

I regret this update.. Lost the back button. Makes shopping very difficult to the point I closed it- and will only return when fixed. As a luxe member and avid shopper- this was a big EFF up.

All of the text is offset, rewards information will not display, behaves like a really zoomed in version of the desktop website, but crummier. Not usable at the moment.

This app is the least user friendly app I have ever used. Its like one of the phone apps you had on your phone when apps were first becoming a thing 10 years ago. Its awful and extremely annoying if you are a banana card holder. 0/10 would recommend.

NO BACK BUTTON! When you view a single item you cant go back to the page before and have to start all over. Very annoying that you end up just not shopping, especially if youre looking at several items. Please fix it

This app is terrible now. Its so slow and the lack of a back button is the worst. You made shopping almost impossible on this app. Please go back to how it used to be!!!!

This app is not shopper friendly at all! Not having a back button is unheard of-lose place and clears filtered list when you have to start over shopped via app a lot as prices were more consistent than in stores however wont anymore. BR has lost its way!

I had to uninstall the app part way into my purchase because the UX navigation was just horrible. Not sure how this ever got released.

Having to enter my email and password every time I want to use the app is slow and cumbersome. For some reason my rewards are not showing (they use to), which is very frustrating. Now I have to carry around paper certificates, which is wildly inconvenient. Please fix this app BR

The app was improved over the time, but it still seems a bit slow and some times goes back to the very first home page. But it got a lot better now.

Takes forever to load between pages. Also, how is there no back button??? This app is an embarrassment.

Easy to use, sometimes slow, but quite useful

Make it more seamless like iOS fashion dictates, and it would deserve more stars. I love the effort put into it and potential it has, but still glitchy and unreliable. 2 stars GAP. 5 stars on your BR clothing though.

Its used to have a back button, then they took it away. Its super inconvenient to shop without a back button!

Shopping part is great, slow and seems a little cheap quality of a site, but gets the job done. However, it does not let me make payments on my credit cards easily which makes me mad because my card has the possibility of "charging interest" randomly. I want to say it seems shady... But I think its just a cheap site.

What is going on with this app lately? Trying to shop with no back button is not fun. Also why does screen look zoomed in and it just stays there? Pls fix it. Thanks!

This app is completely useless to try to shop from it. If you look at something you have no way of going back to original list without to start all over. This is a significant issue for an app designed to encourage customer shopping and loyalty with the brand. The interactions with credit card are clunky but I did recently get an email saying thats going to be fixed hopefully much better soon.
