Im pretty sure this is just a badly executed web app.

Hangs, freezes, what a mess. Time for an update??

This is a terrible app. You can even open the app without it crashing. The server has incorrect configuration files so I am unable to pay my bill through the manage your card section. This app used to work, although it was still crap and slow, it at least worked.

Tried 6 times to log in, and was never able. The products are great, but this app is horrible!!!

Great store but the app is worthless. The people that designed this app should be ashamed. It freezes, I can rarely check my account balances and much less do any purchases because the app just goes crazy. BR should be trying to fixing this, and SOON.

I feel better that everyone else seems to have this same opinion. Absolutely terrible app. Love the credit card but I have been trying to log in for the past week to pay my bill and it has an error message every time!! Either that or it redirects me to the website stating that I havent answered my security questions correctly and they need to be reset! It never even asked me my security questions. And when I actually go online, the same thing happens!!! How am I supposed to pay my bill, access my rewards or do anything. Fix the app!!!

This app is terrible - most frustrating feature is that it is incredibly slow in responding to touch. You tap tap tap and it loads and loads and loads, and lo and behold it acts like you were tapping areas on three separate pages, leading you somewhere you didnt at all intend to go. When the app does work, theres a very clear theme present throughout all the clothing reviews: theyre all too big! BR, are you reading this stuff? Your clothes dont fit anyone anymore and your app doesnt work! Other stores got these two things down ages ago, and they are the biggest factors for whether or not Ill buy your clothes. Get it together!

The latest version of the BR app is a step in the wrong direction. It freezes often, requiring me to close and restart it- which requires me to re-navigate through. The back button in the upper L-corner is so small that I have inadvertently clicked on whatever is next to it and to another screen- which requires me to re-navigate. I have given up on would-be purchases because this app is so frustrating. This has persisted for weeks- get it figured out or revert back to the old version.

Unbelievable. Does not work, barely functions, the option to sync your card just doesnt work period. I cant believe I have a card with this company.

The only thing amazing about this app is to read past reviews and see how LONG this app has been awful without any improvement! Dear Banana, I would like to give you some money. But oh well, since I cant log in at all its never gonna happen. Dont plan on using the app to pay off your cc as you will never be able log in due to server error message!

The app is very slow, glitchy, no back function. I was ready to shop away assuming that the app would have made my shopping smoother, but I guess Im not buying anything right now.

BR, I really tried to let all the terrible things about this app slide bc, well, I really wanted to buy some stuff without leaving my house. But this is the worst shopping app ever created. DA-LETE.

This app has been broken for so long.. I cant believe a major retail company like this would have an app thats so horrible.

Cant use app to download points. Im sure, given all the complaints, this is a way to build revenue by keeping people from the convenience of using their phone to get their points. Way to treat loyal customers!

Very disappointed for this app. New to being a card holder and interested in shipping but this app makes me really judge if this high quality brand is worth investment if they cant even invest in a good app. Bummer.

Fix it will you! Always having trouble to sign in every time I go to "manage credit card"! and even trying to buy stuff. A lot of time it freeze!

I shop Banana Republic often and spend ALOT every year. This app is a total embarrassment! Awful user experience, hard to navigate. No wonder their sales are in free fall.

Its a really good gives you all the information you want to know and it works like any other app
