One of the worst shopping apps ever. It always freezes on me.
I was in a store trying to redeem my points and the app kept freezing. Embarrassing. People in line behind me and the cashier were annoyed. Me too! I thought maybe it was my phone or the wireless connection but after reading other reviews, it looks like Im not the only one. Please fix this app!
As a Luxe loyalty customer I was excited to see that theres an app for Gap, Banana, etc., but it barely works. I couldnt click on one item or link back to the home screen. Deleting the app as soon as Im done with this review.
"Error the application failed to update. This could be because you are currently offline. Do you want to retry?!" Get this error message over, and over, and over. Retried. Reopened. Deleted and reinstalled the app. No difference. App hasnt been updated since February 2015. Either fix this or pull the app. This is costing you much more $ in sales than it would cost to pay your developers to fix this.
Locks and freezes constantly. If BR wasnt the only store that carries stylish big & tall sizes, I would have deleted the app by now
Impossible to sign in. Cant redeem reward points. Clunky, old interface. What the heck are you guys doing over there?
It freezes often when making a payment. Or wont sign me in when I know I am entering the correct password. Its aggravating. I havent used it to shop since it freezes so much. Please fix it.
The only reason for an app to be this terrible is if Gap, Inc hired monkeys, fed them acid and then let them program an app using a banana instead of a keyboard. Please hire people who didnt get their degree from ITT Tech.
Garbage app that constantly freezes upon login. Dont even bother trying to pay your monthly statement on this. So frustrating!
I have never written a review before but because of how awful and non improving this app is, I figured I should. Just fix the issues with loading and bill pay and it would be so much better. Other retail apps are so much better.
This is the worst fashion app Ive ever used. Its slow, lots of bugs and it does not load properly! Dont waste your time getting it.

Just sits and spins. Always have to head to my laptop (or mobile browser, ugh) if I want to buy from BR.
I took the opportunity to do some more shopping and unfortunately made my purchases elsewhere.

Please take some time to read some of the feedback and try to resolve some of the issues. Overall, mobile experience is lacking and it can get frustrating at times especially when it glitches, or freezes. Thank you
Keeps telling me email/password combo are incorrect. I change password, return to app, and I get the same message. Whats the point .. Cant pull up account or rewards!!
